The Role

We're seeking a Junior Market Researcher with some prior experience in research or data-driven work. Alongside report production, analysis, and desk research, this role also offers the chance to contribute to process improvement and innovation – including exploring how tools such as AI can help streamline and enhance our work.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Producing and formatting professional PowerPoint reports from Excel datasets
  • Assisting with interpretation and analysis of primary and secondary market data
  • Conducting desk research to profile industry sector and market trends
  • Supporting survey programming, fieldwork processes, and quality checks
  • Collaborating with project leaders throughout project setup, execution, and reporting
  • Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, workflows, and reporting processes (including use of AI tools)

What You Bring

  • 1–2 years' experience in market research, data analysis, or related field
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills (charts, tables, layouts)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy with data handling
  • Excellent written communication and report-writing skills
  • Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple deadlines
  • An interest in business to business research
  • Curiosity about process improvement and emerging tools such as AI
  • Desire to develop a long-term career within a supportive and stable market research company
