We are a national risk advisory firm looking for a new addition to our busy inhouse marketing team. Key qualities: A highly motivated team player with a good foundation in digital marketing and a strong desire to develop your skills within a supportive and dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a marketing graduate or have recently started their marketing career and be looking for a home where they can grow and thrive.

The role

The Marketing & Communications Associate is responsible for executing a range of tasks to deliver marketing objectives across the Bellrock group. As part of a dynamic inhouse team you will contribute to delivering seamless inhouse and external promotions and events, demonstrating strategic thinking, creativity and attention to detail.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Communications, you will play a key role in supporting Bellrock's marketing activities including assistance with:

  • Executing Bellrock's digital marketing strategy including data analytics and reporting
  • Ongoing management of marketing database
  • Social media content creation and scheduling
  • Creating and editing reports and presentations including layout design, formatting and proof reading
  • Drafting inhouse and external communications including EDM
  • Planning and execution of strategic client and partner events
  • Updates to website

About you

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing or similar
  • Graduate or up to 2 years experience
  • Willingness to contribute to a high performance team environment with a positive and proactive approach to work
  • Ability to build rapport and foster successful professional relationships internally and externally
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • High level of care and attention to detail
  • Ability to problem solve with a balance of creativity and practicality
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft programs
  • Adobe creative suite experience highly regarded
  • Experience across marketing platforms (website, EDM, CRM).
