Join a renowned Boutique Asset Management Agency with over 20 years of industry experience. They enjoy a significant market profile and have an extensive Asset Management portfolio covering premium retail, commercial, and industrial asset classes. The company is known for its impeccable reputation and comprehensive range of services, including Sales and Leasing and Asset Management, and operates out of beautiful new offices in Bankstown.

The portfolio is predominantly Industrial Warehouses & Sheds, Office Suites/Towers, shopfronts, small regional shopping centres, and café & restaurants.

THE ROLE.

We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant to support the Senior Commercial Property Manager. No prior commercial experience is required.

  • Support a Senior Commercial Property Manager day-to-day with the running of the portfolio using Property Tree
  • Ensuring lease agreements and regulatory building requirements are met
  • Conduct ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections for compliance and maintenance standards
  • Processing work orders & coordinating property maintenance and repairs
  • Understanding and acting on Landlord and Tenant enquiries
  • Managing quotes & purchase orders for capital works
  • Chase rental arrears & negotiate new lease terms

Once the above skills are proven, there will be an opportunity to manage your own set of properties & landlords after 6 months.

THE PERSON.

  • Minimum 2+ years in residential real estate, Leasing or Junior Property Manager
  • Must have a stable work history, we are looking  for a long term candidate who we can invest time into their growth
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a professional environment.
  • Current Certificate of Registration or  Class 2 Real Estate License.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • A passion for real estate and delivering exceptional service.
  • Bachelor of Property or part way through (will be highly regarded but not essential)
