Property Manager

With a strong reputation as a leading agency in the local area, we are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our successful team.
To qualify for this position you will possess:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Hold current certificate of registration & own car
- Previous real estate experience is required for this role, although training will be provided with our office procedures._
The role will include:
- Liaising with landlords on a regular basis
- Assisting with maintenance & repairs
- Pursuing rental arrears
- Facilitating new business transactions
- Property inspections and reports
**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $69,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bankstown, NSW 2200: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Project management: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Current Certificate of Registration (Real Estate) (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
