SAP FUNCTIONAL ANALYST - EC & SUCCESSFACTORS

Join a major public sector ERP transformation as a key contributor, leading the design and build of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions. Be part of an innovative program, shaping how HR services are delivered to a large, diverse workforce.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and guide end-to-end Employee Central implementations, engaging vendors, business and IT teams.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, solution architects, and business managers to ensure fit-for-purpose solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Drive configuration and customisation discussions, striving for effective integrations.
  • Support successful project delivery through strong stakeholder management and hands-on involvement.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Onboarding, ideally 10+ years' experience.
  • Experience in SuccessFactors Performance and Goals, Learning Management, and Recruitment is desirable.
  • Skilled in SAP HCM, with a deep understanding of HR life cycle, issue resolution, testing, and HR/people processes.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and the ability to deliver through strong partnerships.
  • Practical experience with SAP Activate methodology.

DERSIRABLE

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in virtual or cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organised with proven delivery focus and emotional intelligence.
  • Experience on large-scale HR transformation in government, utilities, or enterprise sectors.
  • Background in HR, employee relations, or talent development considered a plus.
