We're working with a major government organisation undertaking a high-profile enterprise-wide ERP transformation using SAP S/4HANA. This role offers a unique chance to work in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team focused on improving organisational efficiency, data quality, and customer experience through the implementation of modern digital technologies.

We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst with strong expertise in SAP systems and data management. You'll play a key role in supporting data cleansing and migration activities, acting as the critical link between business stakeholders, data owners, and technical teams.

This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in complex environments and has a proven track record in SAP-driven data migration programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Elicit, document, and prioritise data quality requirements for SAP S/4HANA migration activities.
  • Act as the interface between business stakeholders and technical/data teams to ensure clear alignment on data cleansing objectives.
  • Collaborate with data owners to define scope and standards for cleansing activities to ensure readiness for system migration.
  • Support development and maintenance of data quality dashboards and reporting to track progress.
  • Monitor and report on data KPIs, highlighting areas for improvement.
  • Liaise with testing teams to validate the integrity of cleansed data post-migration.
  • Provide regular updates to key stakeholders on data quality progress and issue resolution.
Skills & Experience Required:
  • Demonstrated experience as a Technical Business Analyst in SAP environments, ideally with public sector or large enterprise exposure.
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and relevant modules (e.g. FICO, MM).
  • Proven experience with data migration and data cleansing within ERP projects.
  • Familiarity with data quality tools such as SAP Information Steward or similar.
  • Understanding of data governance, validation, reconciliation, and reporting practices.
  • Experience in Agile project environments with excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to present complex data concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
