About the role
: The SAP Functional Analyst will be responsible for leading the design and build of the Timesheet & Leave solutions in close cooperation with the Payroll Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP tools, a solid understanding of business processes, and be capable of providing hands-on support during the program lifecycle.

**Required skills and competencies :****

  • Minimum 7+ Years of experience across SAP especially in HCM - Timesheet and leave including SAP S/4 HANA Platform.
  • Extensive expertise in end-to-end implementation or migrations and optimization of SAP's Time Management solutions within the S/4HANA environment.
  • Experience with integrating SAP S/4 HANA time management through Cross -Application Timesheet (CATS) with other SAP modules like payroll and other project system management.
  • Extensive working knowledge of Core HR and Time management system to meet specific business needs, identify and resolve issues related to Time and leave .
  • Working experience in leave management processes, including absence recording and approval workflows, ensure data flows seamlessly to relevant downstream systems.
  • Experience with BTP Services, S/4HANA, Cloud ALM. Fiori and other Modern ERP systems
