We are seeking experienced customer service professionals with a background in construction, logistics, or manufacturing to come on board.

About the Role:

As part of our Concrete Dispatch Call Centre, you'll be the key contact for customers placing orders and tracking deliveries across the country.

Your day will involve:

  • Handling incoming calls from construction clients
  • Entering and managing concrete orders accurately and efficiently
  • Scheduling and coordinating deliveries
  • Liaising with internal teams – sales, credit, and operations
  • Using a variety of software platforms for dispatch and tracking
  • Resolving on-the-spot issues with confidence and care
What We're Looking For:
  • 3+ years' experience in a fast-paced call centre or dispatch role
  • Industry background in construction, logistics, manufacturing or parts
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail with a typing speed of 45+ WPM
  • Confidence navigating multiple systems and platforms
  • Full working rights in Australia
Work Hours:
  • Monday to Friday: Rotating shifts between 6:00am–5:30pm
  • Saturday: 6:00am–1:00pm (required shift)
