Are you a confident communicator who enjoys building relationships and helping businesses grow?

Join Vinarchy as a Telephone Sales Consultant and support independently owned pubs, clubs, and bottle shops across Australia.

This full-time, permanent role is based in Adelaide and offers hybrid flexibility (once initial training is complete). You'll be part of a passionate team that helps small business owners access premium wine solutions tailored to their venue and clientele.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing outbound and inbound calls with your own portfolio of independently owned hospitality and retail venues
  • Building strong relationships with business owners and managers
  • Understanding client needs and recommending wine solutions that suit their business goals
  • Driving sales growth through consultative selling and account management
  • Meeting and exceeding KPIs with uncapped commission potential
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and ensuring compliance

  • Is confident in B2B sales or account management (hospitality experience a plus)
  • Understands the needs of independent venues and can offer practical solutions
