The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized, driven, and people-oriented Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in expanding our client base and building lasting partnerships with creative agencies. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at consultative selling, and enjoy collaborating with both prospects and colleagues, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, consultative selling, and closing.
  • Build trust and credibility with agency leaders by understanding their challenges and positioning our SaaS platform as the solution.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Client Services to deliver tailored solutions and ensure client success.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines and provide insightful market feedback to inform business strategy.

About You

  • 3+ years' experience in B2B software sales, ideally within the creative or professional services sector.
  • Exceptionally organized, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Driven to achieve results, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; you build rapport easily and enjoy engaging with prospects and team members alike.
  • Skilled in consultative selling, with the ability to uncover client needs and present compelling solutions.
  • Experience with CRM tools and a data-driven approach to sales.
