Job Description

- Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Process invoices, payments, and account reconciliations efficiently.
- Monitor outstanding debts and follow up with clients to ensure prompt payment.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and documentation.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Prepare financial reports related to accounts receivable as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounts Receivable Officer should have:

- A background in Accounting & Finance with relevant qualifications.
- 2-3 years experience in a similar role.
- Age Care industry experience is advantageous.
- Epicor system is strongly desirable.
- Effective communication skills to interact with clients and stakeholders.
- Problem-solving abilities to handle billing and reconciliation challenges.
