Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to our sales and technical teams

  • Coordinate client appointments and site inspections with precision

  • Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with exceptional service

  • Process sales documentation and contracts

  • Maintain accurate customer databases and filing systems

  • Support the sales team with proposal preparation and follow-up activities

  • Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and regulatory bodies

  • Assist with scheduling installations and project coordination

Applicants with the following will be viewed favourably:

  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Experience with CRM systems or database management

  • Previous administrative experience in construction, electrical, or renewable energy sectors

  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
