About the Role
As a Nurse Educator, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of nursing education by guiding students through academic and clinical learning.
You will:
Deliver and assess the HLT54121 – Diploma of Nursing programFacilitate clinical placements and simulated training sessionsMentor and support students to build clinical confidence and competenceMaintain professional and industry currencyContribute to continuous improvement of curriculum and teaching qualitySkills And Experiences
About You
You are a proactive and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) who enjoys supporting and empowering students.
Essential Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in NursingCurrent AHPRA registration (Division 1 RN)Minimum 2 years' clinical experienceTAE40122 / TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and AssessmentPassion for nursing education, mentorship, and student engagementExperience as a Nurse Educator is highly regarded.
