Job Description About Role: IHNA Brisbane is seeking a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive to manage international and domestic student enrolments and education agent relationships. You will play a key role in growing IHNA’s market presence, building partnerships, and supporting the enrolment journey from lead generation to conversion. The Business Development Executive is expected to fulfil the following responsibilities and additional duties as needed for the role. - Develop and implement student recruitment and marketing strategies. - Manage education agent networks and ensure strong ongoing engagement. - Drive international and domestic student enrolments across key IHNA programs. - Represent IHNA at expos, information sessions, and community events. - Support admissions and coordinate follow-ups to meet intake targets. - Maintain compliance with CRICOS, ESOS, and RTO standards. About You - Proven experience in student recruitment, marketing, or business development. - Strong communication and relationship management skills. - Knowledge of CRICOS/ESOS requirements and the Australian education sector. - Confident, proactive, and result-oriented; skilled in CRM and digital marketing tools. Desired Skills and Experience Qualification, Experience & Key Selection Criteria The successful applicant for the role of Business Development Executive will be selected on the basis of the following criteria: Qualifications: - Diploma or bachelor’s in business administration. - Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role. Mandatory: - Knowledge of Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel etc. and other computer skills. - Demonstrate experience of contributing to a team environment - Ability to manage records and filing systems, and other office systems and procedures. - Ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines and accomplish targets. - Proven ability to work both independently and under supervision.
