About the Role

As a Clinical Simulation Officer, you'll bridge theory and practice by creating immersive clinical experiences that prepare students for real-world nursing practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and facilitate simulation and skills lab sessions.
  • Prepare and maintain simulation labs, equipment, and consumables.
  • Collaborate with educators to align simulations with curriculum outcomes.
  • Engage students to achieve confidence and competence in nursing skills.

About You

  • Registered Nurse (Division 1) with current AHPRA registration.
  • Experience in clinical education, nursing simulation, or facilitation.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and teamwork skills.
  • Passionate about innovative learning and shaping future healthcare professionals.
  • Committed to maintaining high standards of clinical and educational excellence.
