What you'll do
  • Conduct ingoing/outgoing/periodic inspections and action maintenance
  • Manage tenancy renewals and rent reviews
  • Issue/track work orders; liaise with landlords, tenants and trades
  • Handle applications, sign-ups, bond lodgements/refunds
  • Monitor arrears and issue notices as required
  • List rentals, provide accurate feedback and keep records up to date
What you'll bring

Experienced Property Managers (preferred):

  • NSW Class 2 or Assistant Agent registration (required)
  • Proven PM portfolio experience and legislation knowledge
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and dispute resolution skills

Entry-Level/Trainee candidates (considered):

  • Genuine interest in real estate and client service
  • Organised, proactive, great attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn our systems and complete licensing requirements (we'll support you)

  • Australian citizen or permanent resident
