As the Team Administrator, you'll be at the heart of the action – supporting the Centre Management team with financial admin, reporting, and day-to-day coordination. It's a hands-on role where your attention to detail and knack for getting things done will make all the difference.

What you'll be doing

  • Raise and process purchase orders, invoices and utility contracts
  • Manage tenant billings, reconciliations and lease administration
  • Support arrears management, contractor payments and reporting
  • Keep financial records and databases accurate and up to date
  • Be the go-to person onsite for admin support and customer queries

What you'll bring

  • Experience in finance, accounting or administrative support
  • Confidence working with numbers and Excel
  • Strong organisation, accuracy and communication skills
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to take ownership
