The Retirement Catering Company is searching for a full-time Chef Manager to work at its Long Island site.

The successful applicant will be required to:

  • Roster staff and report timesheets to head office
  • Order stock to cater for the weekly rotating menu
  • Produce approximately 20-25 meals (only 2 meal choices per service) plus dessert for lunch and dinner.
  • Organise and produce food for special functions/events

The successful applicant must have:

  • A professional and punctual approached to the position
  • An ability to co-ordinate staff in a co-operative team environment
  • A desire to produce quality meals with an attention to detail
  • Experience in a similar role

The Retirement Catering Company offer competitive remuneration + super + annual leave + sick leave.

Job Type: Full-time
