Company Description

Five by Five Global Australia is an independent integrated agency based at our new office in Locomotive Workshops in Eveleigh, Sydney (5-minute walk from Redfern Station), with offices in London, Southampton and Los Angeles. Five by Five Global is part of the Lawton's Communication Group, a small and fully independent global agency network.

We specialise in branding, advertising, digital, gaming, social media, retail, brand activations, and experiential marketing, and work across a number of categories including Tech, FMCG/Pharma, Beauty, Gaming, Charities/NFP and finance.

Role Description

This newly created, hybrid role is located and will work across a number of our existing and new clients, including consumer-tech, gaming, FMCG, beauty and not-for-profit.

Reporting to a Senior Account Director, this position will be responsible for managing client relationships, supporting with the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, and ensuring the timely and successful delivery of creative solutions across multiple channels, including social media, Out-of-Home (OOH), digital display, TV commercials (TVC), PR, and influencer outreach.

This role requires proactive communication and problem-solving skills to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

This is a client-facing role, so exceptional communication skills and the ability to foster relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders are crucial.

Qualifications

  • Experience in client relationship management and project management
  • Strong skills in branding and advertising
  • Experience in digital marketing and social media
  • Knowledge of retail marketing, brand activations, and experiential marketing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience in the gaming industry is a plus

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification/degree educated or equivalent level of work experience in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

Experience Required

  • 2+ years of experience in account management, preferably within an advertising or creative agency with experience in Social Media, Influencer Management and Digital Marketing.
  • Strong presentation and excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines and exceeding client expectations.
  • Experience managing PR and influencer relationships.
