They're backed by strong growth, a clear category position, and a product that is gaining traction globally. With major Australian organisations already relying on their technology, the company is now expanding its GTM team with a strategic Senior Account Executive.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Account Executive, you'll drive new business growth across the Australian market, owning complex sales cycles end-to-end. You'll work closely with internal teams across marketing, demand generation, product and implementation to deliver compelling value propositions to enterprise customers. This role is ideal for a top-performing seller who enjoys consultative, Challenger-style selling, can reframe customer thinking, and is comfortable navigating multi-threaded stakeholder groups across HR, People & Culture, L&D and Operational leadership.

The Duties

  • Own the full sales cycle from discovery through to close
  • Build and manage a high-quality pipeline across mid-market and enterprise accounts
  • Run structured outbound prospecting as well as converting warm leads
  • Deliver tailored demos and narrative-driven proposals to key stakeholders
  • Lead insight-led conversations that challenge customer assumptions and create urgency
  • Negotiate commercial terms that support long-term customer partnerships
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success
  • Champion customer insights internally to influence GTM and product direction

The Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years net-new logo acquisition SaaS sales
  • Experience selling to HR, L&D, People personas
  • Strong capability in consultative, insight-led or Challenger-style selling
  • Excellent storytelling and software product demo skills
  • Comfortable with multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles
  • Growth mindset, collaboration focus and strong interpersonal EQ
  • Experience in a scale-up or high-growth SaaS environment is a bonus
