Since establishing their presence in the Sydney market over the last 20 years, our client specializes in the delivery of diverse design & construct luxury apartment developments up to $50M. 

With a refreshing attitude to sub-contractors, clients and employees alike this is a builder where you will be given full support and will be able to enhance your skills and experience.

Due to consistent growth some new luxury apartment developments about to start, they're seeking an ambitious and driven Junior Contract Administratorto join their team.

Duties

·      Subcontractor management including compiling subcontractor agreements, scope of works, tender packages, negotiating contract prices and conditions, reviewing contractor quotes and preparing final contract documents

·      Managing subcontractor progress claims

·      Negotiating the procurement and ordering of materials

·      Assisting with the administration of RFI's, EOT's, variations

·      Working closely with site supervisors to adhere to project programs, deadlines, and budgets.

Experience Required

·     Must have previous experience as a Contracts Administrator

·     Extensive experience working on class 2 / apartments projects

·     Ideally have a bachelor's in construction management or comparative degree

·     Have worked on projects in excess of $20m

·     Exposure to Procore or Aconex
