About the Position

We're looking for a skilled Contract Administrator to oversee the contractual and commercial aspects of our scaffolding operations. In this role, you'll support the successful delivery of projects by managing financial processes, client relationships, and documentation. Working closely with our project managers, estimators, and operations team, you'll help ensure all projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget.

Key Duties

  • Prepare, review, and manage contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
  • Communicate with clients, builders, and internal teams to maintain compliance with contractual terms.
  • Assist project teams with procurement, budgeting, and cost reporting.
  • Keep detailed records of correspondence, agreements, and key commercial decisions.
  • Identify potential risks and assist in resolving contractual issues or disputes.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Contract Administrator within the construction, scaffolding, or access industry.
  • Sound understanding of construction contracts (AS2124, AS4000, or similar).
  • Background in scaffolding, temporary works, or subcontractor management is highly regarded.
  • Proficiency in preparing and negotiating variations to contracts, projects, and services.
  • Ability to provide advice to senior management and follow through on key decisions.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to coordinate multiple projects at once.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year experience required
  • Strong knowledge of construction and safety regulations applicable to scaffolding and temporary works.
