Great opportunity for a recent or near graduate to step into an entry level, HR Administration role with a focus on recruitment.

We have recently moved into awesome, brand-new offices in the heart of Sutherland, close to the train station and cafes.

This role is a 12-month, fixed term contract and is potentially open to both full time and part time opportunities.

About You:

You are a dynamic, go getter and someone who can quickly think on their feet. Your attention to detail is impeccable and you thrive on exceptional service delivery. You are a great team player but can also, comfortably, work autonomously.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Vacancy understanding and strategy
  • Job advertising and candidate management
  • Interview and selection support
  • Offer and onboarding
  • Compliance and Risk Management
  • Continuous improvement and reporting

What you'll need

  • Working with Children Check
  • NSW Driver's Licence
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Full Australian Work rights
