**About the Role**:
Tynan Motors currently has a vacancy for an efficient individual to join our team as the Quotes and Pricing Administrator. This role provides excellent exposure to the entire Fleet team and provides an opportunity for the right individual to develop a lifelong career.

This position is _full time - Monday to F_riday, based in _Sutherland_.

**Job tasks and responsibilities**:

- Completing leasing company and customer quote requests in a timely manner
- Liaising with leasing companies to ensure customer needs are met
- Signing off on correctly calculated quotes
- Assisting with various leasing company tenders
- Assisting with writing up orders and contracts
- Overall assisting our fleet team with administrative duties

**Skills and experience**:

- Intermediate data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong computer skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to perform to a high standard
