Our Admin team is growing, giving us the opportunity for a talented customer service representative to join the Plantation Homes Projects team. This is a 12-month, full time contract, working in our office in Springwood.
As a Project Planner, you are responsible for partnering with our customers on the journey of building a Plantation home.
**About the Role**
Working within a tight knit and talented team, you will utilise your customer centric and workflow administration skills to deliver a seamless new build journey for both internal and external customers.
You will play a pivotal role in our customers’ building journey by offering them support and guidance through what can be a complex and emotional process. A big part of this support is taking care of the important back-end components so our customers can move through the journey with ease.
**About You**
You approach your work in a collaborative manner and build rapport with ease. You pride yourself on your ability to deliver a great customer experience in a complex, high volume administrative environment. You are organised, adaptable, and manage your time well.
A supportive and positive team culture is important to you, as is the ability to have ownership over your work and your customers’ experiences. You are motivated by the learning opportunities that come with a role like this - where every day is different, and no customer’s home is the same.
While industry exposure is a bonus, experience in high volume administration, and customer relationship management, is really what will make you shine in this role.
