If you’re a **Marketing Manager** and interested in finding new ways to help us build on our already strong brand reputation, then we want to hear from you This role is part of our QLD Management team and is part of a broader national marketing team of 20+. Reporting directly into our GM Marketing, this is a full-time opportunity, based in our Springwood head office.

**Make an immediate impact**:

- Development and implementation of the annual state marketing plan
- Lead the new display centre opening program and new estate planning
- Product development project management
- Deep dive customer insights to drive innovative marketing initiatives
- Budget, agency and stakeholder management

**About You**:

- Strong, empathetic and experienced leader that leads from the front
- Passionate and skilled in differentiating a brand in a market renowned for a sea of sameness
- High performer that is goal orientated and loves to be challenged to achieve commercial outcomes
- An excellent communicator with strong project management skills who thrives in bringing people together to achieve a collective objective
- Team first attitude whose cup is filled by helping others
- You take ownership and are resilient, with the vigour to keep contributing new ideas
- You thrive in a dynamic fast paced environment and are able to multi-task whilst maintaining a clear eye for detail at every step.
- Qualified with a marketing and / or business degree, with a minimum of 7 years’ experience and maybe even worked in a residential property business before.
