**The Opportunity**

Enviro Sweep has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Scheduler to join our Operations Team based in our Acacia Ridge Office, reporting to the State Manager.

**Requirements of the role**

Some of the key activities include:

- Coordinate the scheduling of work including booking and allocation of jobs, preparation of weekly schedules and maps;
- Ensure all programmed sweep cycles are managed according to contractual obligation including preplanning of all required resources;
- Plan, schedule, and monitor fit for purpose trucks, plant, and equipment to optimize utilisation;
- Communicate and monitor schedules and work requirements to operators and the workshop;
- Preparation of customer invoices and credit adjustment notes;
- Job docket collation and interpretation;
- End of Month (EOM) and customer invoicing;
- Assign customer request as required;
- Data entry and management of vehicle maintenance and GPS systems;
- Manage employee Inductions;
- Review of time book/timesheet data when required;
- Attend to all customer account enquiries.

**Criteria for the role**

To be successful in this position you will:

- Be a professional, enthusiastic Administrator looking for a challenge in a dynamic office environment;
- Have experience working in a high-paced scheduling role;
- Have proficient and professional experience with the Microsoft Office suite, in particular Microsoft Word and Excel and QuickBooks;
- Possess strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task;
- Possess efficient data entry/typing speed;
- Be self-motivated and display a keen sense of initiative;
- Be able to work autonomously; and
- Pass a drug and alcohol assessment.

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
