**The Role**:
Based at our Head Office in Acacia Ridge, this role offers flexible working arrangements with occasional working outside of standard hours.

**Your main responsibilities will include**:

- Custodianship of assigned enterprise Business Systems (Includes Operational Technologies)
- Leadership amongst junior staff and in projects.
- Capture & Document requirements from stakeholders
- Designing solutions catering to the needs of the Business
- Work closely and collaboratively with all IT staff to provide a quality service to end users
- Identify and help implement improvements and innovations within the enterprise.

**About you**:
To succeed in this role, we anticipate you will demonstrate:

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O experience - preferably 5+ years
- Extensive experience supporting enterprise Business Systems as part of a cohesive team.
- Critical thinking, enhancements, customer focus and solutions to complex problems
- Relationship building, Excellent communication skills & management of customers, vendors and business stakeholders to deliver improvements & performance management of vendors
- Fluent with IT, Data security, Basic SQL Queries & Server Administration
- Pass pre-employment checks including a criminal history & the right to work in Australia.

**The following will be viewed favourably**:

- IT Tertiary qualifications, ITIL & Application certification.
- Experience with Trimble TruckMate or AMS, Ironbark, Payroll and other Business Systems.
- Industry experience in Transport, Logistics, Supply Chain, Vehicle maintenance & Previous employment in an organisation of 400+ IT users.
