We are seeking passionate and highly motivated Medication Packing Operator to join our Dose Administration Aid (DAA) packing facility at Acacia Ridge for our morning shift.

This role provides the employee opportunities in stock management, medication preparation, medication packing, DAA checking, machine maintenance and quality control. There are also leadership opportunities available.

Our production morning shift operating hours are 7:00am to 3.00pm.

Our DAA packing hub utilises automated packing robots and checking machine for the preparation and quality control of DAAs.

In this important role, you will be responsible for:

  • Stock management and medication preparation including deblistering
  • Utilising a packing machine robot to accurately pack medications
  • Utilising a checking machine robot to accurately check medication packs
  • Machine maintenance and cleaning
  • Following systems and processes for accuracy and efficiency
  • Providing exceptional customer service on a daily basis
  • Managing tasks to achieve set individual and team KPIs

The right person will have:

  • Experience in a production line or processing environment - pharmaceutical production would be advantageous
  • Takes pride in meeting targets, working quickly, efficiently and accurately
  • Proven capability to deliver a high standard of customer service
  • Track record of dependability, time management and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and over the phone
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic environment
  • Possess an enthusiastic, positive and customer centric attitude
  • Australian permanent residency status

A police certificate will be required in line with company policy.
