Randstad is partnering with several leading Tier 1 and Tier 2 Civil Infrastructure companies to identify high-performing Civil Leading Hands and Supervisors for key appointments commencing in 2026. This is an invitation to submit a confidential Expression of Interest for roles that offer true career progression and stability in Northern Tasmania.
We are looking for specialists ready to transition into a permanent leadership structure with companies boasting extensive, multi-year project pipelines across the region (roads, rail, water, and major development).
We Are Seeking Expertise In:- Civil Supervisor (Minimum 3+ years experience in a supervisory capacity)
- Civil Leading Hand (Demonstrated leadership on complex sites)
- Forepersons
- Project Supervisors

To be considered for these strategic 2026 roles, you must possess:
- Proven Civil Project Experience: Extensive hands-on experience in roadworks, bulk earthworks, drainage, services, and large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Leadership Track Record: Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate small to large crews, drive daily targets, and enforce strict safety standards.
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to read and interpret plans, manage material orders, and execute works according to specifications.
Mandatory Qualifications:
Construction Induction White Card (essential)
- Current Drivers Licence (HR/MR Licence highly desirable for Supervisors)
- Relevant Qualifications (e.g., Cert IV or Diploma in Civil Construction/WHS is highly regarded)
