Randstad is actively seeking experienced and ticketed Civil Construction professionals to join our crews working across multiple upcoming projects in the Northern Tasmania region (including the East Coast).

  • Asphalt Level Hand
  • Asphalt Roller Operator
  • Asphalt Paver Operator
  • Asphalt Two-Broom Operator
  • Sealing Metal Runner

We also welcome applications from experienced Kerb & Channel Specialists, Pipelayers, Civil Labourers, Plant Operators, and Truck Drivers.

What You Will Need to Succeed
  • Demonstrated experience in your chosen civil construction field (especially the asphalt/sealing skillsets listed above).
  • Current Drivers Licence and reliable transport (MR Licence highly desirable)
  • Work safety in the Construction Industry (White Card)
  • A strong sense of teamwork and absolute commitment to site safety procedures.
  • Reliable nature, pride in your workmanship, and willingness to be a versatile 'all-rounder.'
  • Ability to successfully undertake a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening.
  • Highly Desirable Tickets: Roller ticket and Telehandler ticket
