Are you ready to take your finance career to the next level? We're seeking a talented and motivated
Financial Accountant
to join a high-performing team at a leading national business. Based in Canning Vale, this is a full-time, office-based role (Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm) where you'll work closely with senior leaders and make a real impact across the organisation.

In this dynamic position, you'll play a key role in driving accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement within financial operations. You'll enjoy being part of a collaborative and supportive team that thrives in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the growth of an industry leader.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end financial accounting functions with precision and efficiency
  • Prepare and review monthly accounts, reconciliations, and compliance reporting
  • Assist with audits, tax obligations, and regulatory requirements
  • Partner with senior management to support strategic decision-making
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices

What You Bring to the Table

  • CA/CPA qualified (or working towards) with proven financial accounting experience
  • Strong knowledge of compliance, reporting standards, and accounting systems
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Confident communicator who can build strong working relationships across the business
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to contribute to continuous improvement
