About the role

Leongatha Health Hub is seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our team on a contract basis. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy services to our patients in the South Gippsland area. What you'll be doing

  • Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop individualised treatment plans for patients
  • Deliver a range of physiotherapy interventions, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and client education
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as Chiropractors, Osteopaths and exercise physiologists, to provide holistic care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our physiotherapy services through feedback, research, and professional development

What we're looking for

  • Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy, with current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tailor treatment plans to individual patient needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based care and a desire to contribute to the professional development of the team
