Content Producer

We're looking for a Content Producer who can own the creation and distribution of high-quality, founder-first content across digital channels. You'll be part creator, part strategist, and part storyteller working closely with Antler Australia's VP of Marketing, Scouting, and Operations to turn Antler's unique access to early-stage founders, investors, and ecosystems into compelling narratives. You'll be producing short-form video, articles and social campaigns. You'll have the freedom (and responsibility) to experiment and to push Antler's brand into new spaces in collaboration with Antler's global content and marketing team.

Skills We Value

2-5 years of experience in content-heavy roles, ideally in startups, VC, or tech media A maker at heart: You can shoot, edit, and publish video. You can write with clarity and punch. You know how to get things from idea to draft to shipped quickly Obsessed with founders & startups: You live and breathe tech and startup culture, track trends, and can sniff out the stories that matter Scrappy and fast: You're resourceful, proactive, and can utilise automations and the latest AI tooling to scale impact and distribution Digital-native: You understand how content travels on LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and YouTube. You know how to adapt formats for each platform Analytical & creative: You measure what works, refine, and are always looking for the next edge Proficient knowledge of content editing tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, CapCut, Figma, , etc.

What Success Looks Like

Create high-quality video and written content for social, web, and email Storytelling at Scale: Capture founder journeys, portfolio milestones, and investment insights in formats that resonate with early-stage founders and the broader tech ecosystem Growth Through Content: Design and run strategic content campaigns that drive founder applications, investor interest, and thought leadership Define Success, Measure Impact: Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to define KPIs for content. Regularly review what's working and use insights to inform future campaigns Experiment & Iterate: Test new formats and AI tools, and double down on what drives traction Cross-functional Impact: Serve as a visual storyteller for founder and investor events, residency, and scouting

A Day in the Life

Morning: Review content performance metrics and collaborate with stakeholders to analyse what's working. Plan video shoots or interviews to capture founder journeys and portfolio milestones. Mid-morning: Create high-quality video content using editing tools like Adobe Creative Cloud, CapCut, or Figma, adapting formats for different platforms like LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and YouTube. Lunch: Work with Antler Australia's VP of Marketing, Scouting, and Operations on strategic content campaigns. Afternoon: Write articles and social content, experiment with new AI tools and formats to scale impact. Serve as visual storyteller for founder events, residency programs, or scouting activities. Evening: Publish content across digital channels, collaborate with Antler's global content and marketing team, and iterate on campaigns based on performance data.
