What's the role?
Escape is Australia's leading travel brand, delivering daily inspiration, expert advice, and captivating stories to a highly engaged audience to help them dream, plan, research and book their next holiday. We're passionate about connecting travellers with their next adventure, whether that's around the corner or across the globe.
We're looking for a highly organised, strategic and creative content producer to join our editorial team in this newly created role. Your role will be to curate relevant and inspiring assets by sourcing, selecting, and showcasing the most engaging travel content sourced from the web, social and digital platforms, with a strong focus on authentic, user-generated

Embedded within the editorial team, you will act as the link between our digital, social, video, and product teams, ensuring our content surfaces in the right place at the right time, helping to drive retention, recirculation, and audience loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
Curate and manage user-generated content sourced from digital platforms, audience submissions, and social media, ensuring all assets are cleared for use across Escape's channels (digital, social, video and print) and meet our editorial standards.
Maintain and update destination pages, feeds, and collections with timely, relevant content to meet and exceed retention and engagement KPIs.
Collaborate closely with editorial, social, video, and product teams to deliver seamless site updates and ensure exceptional site hygiene.
Develop and implement content referral plans to ensure UGC content is effectively showcased across the brand ecosystem.
Monitor and report on key performance metrics to inform ongoing optimisation.
Who are you?
Experience in digital content production, ideally with a focus on content curation experience working with UGC and digital platforms used to source UGC content.
Strong editorial judgement and an eye for visuals that resonate with a high-intent travel audience.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across teams in a fast-paced environment.
