Sydney, New South Wales, Australia IAG AUS Full time $70,000 - $120,000 per year

Create impact as a Senior Content Producer

Join the largest general insurance group in Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand. We're a top-tier ASX-listed company helping to make the world a safer place through creating a stronger and more resilient business and enabling our portfolio of iconic insurance brands.

At IAG, marketing is a key driver of growth, and we're looking for a Senior Content Producer to help raise the creative bar. This role is both hands on and directional:  you'll product content across video, design, animation and digital channels, while also providing creative recommendations that shape campaign quality and brand expression.  You'll be responsible for developing new ideas in creative excellence, identifying opportunities across different touchpoints, and ensuring every asset reflects our brand look and feel. As custodian of our visual identity, you'll balance consistency with innovation – keeping content fresh, relevant and engaging. Alongside direct content creation, you'll manage the day-to-day operations of our in-house creative studio and collaborate with agencies, freelancers and stakeholders to deliver campaigns that align with strategy, meet budget, and drive measurable impact.

This is a permanent position open to candidates based in Gadigal Country (Sydney)

About you

We are looking for someone who brings:

  • At least 10 years' experience in content production, with proven delivery for recognised brands
  • Strong hands-on creative capability across video production, editing, animation, design and digital asset creation
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and Premiere
  • Experience providing creative recommendations and leading content quality across campaigns
  • Strong grasp of brand guardianship, ensuring brand standards are upheld while evolving with new formats and trends
  • Experience collaborating with and managing agencies and freelancers, alongside direct content production
  • Skills in budgeting, shoot planning and delivering work to scope, time and cost
  • A strong grasp of storytelling and creative innovation, with the ability to adapt to emerging formats and trends
  • Effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills, balancing creativity with commercial outcomes

Joining IAG you'll have access to a raft of benefits from across the Group:

  • Boosted superannuation with 13% as standard
  • Up to 50% off personal insurance, including home and motor insurance
  • 5 myLeave days per year on top of annual leave
  • Work from home and many more flexibility options with myFlex
  • Industry-leading 20 weeks paid parental leave, available from the day you start, for both primary and secondary carers
  • Dedicated career growth programs, including the award-winning IAG Academy
  • Compassionate leave
  • Inclusive leave such as public holiday swap and gender affirmation leave
  • Community volunteer days and team volunteer activities
  • Award-winning recognition and reward program
