About the Role
The Elections Talent and Resourcing Partner develops, coordinates and implements talent pool strategies to attract, recruit, develop and retain Senior Election Officials (SEOs) and a robust contingent labour workforce in line with business requirements across all election events.

The role is an Ongoing Full-time position.

  • Running and regulating elections
  • Communicating and engaging with current and future voters, key NSW community stakeholders and NSW election participants; and
  • Investigating possible offences and enforcing electoral and lobbying laws such as the Electoral Act 2017 and the Electoral Funding Act 2018.

Key knowledge, experience and essential requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources and/or equivalent professional experience gained in working in a similar role.
  • Experience in developing and implementing talent attraction and management strategies in an event or project environment.
  • Experience in workforce planning and analytics, preferably within a complex and diverse organisation.
  • Track record in building relationships and collaborating with diverse stakeholder groups to meet business requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience in resolving complex workforce issues and complaints, with a focus on early intervention and internal resolution.
  • Politically neutral with no affiliation to political parties or lobbyists/third party campaigners.
  • Satisfactory Criminal Record check result.

This role is based in at our Elizabeth Street, Sydney office and during election events you may be required to work from other venues.
