Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Resourcer, located in Sydney, with some work from home flexibility. You will be responsible for sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various channels, conducting initial screenings, and maintaining candidate databases. The role involves collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process. The Career Resourcer will also be expected to create and post job advertisements, arrange interviews, and provide support in other recruitment-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years experience in candidate sourcing and identifying potential candidates
  • Strong skills in conducting initial screenings and maintaining candidate databases
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with recruiters and hiring managers
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Technical proficiency with recruitment tools and platforms
