Biggin & Scott North, a leading real estate agency in Epping, Victoria, is expanding our dynamic team. We are looking for skilled and ambitious individuals to fill Assistant Property Manager Role. If you have a passion for real estate and are committed to delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of residential properties.
  • Liaise with landlords, tenants, and maintenance contractors to ensure properties are well-maintained.
  • Handle tenancy agreements, rent reviews, and property inspections.
  • Resolve tenant and landlord queries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in property management or a similar role (preffered not essential).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Knowledge of property management software
  • A reliable vehicle and a current driver's license.
  • Certificate IV in Real-estate practice (completed or willing to complete)
