**Portfolio Location**: Northern suburbs

**Qualifications & experience**:

- Agents Representative Certificate or Cert IV in Real Estate
- Police check
- Minimum 1 year of Property Management Portfolio experience
- Team player
- Current Victorian Driver's License
- A reliable vehicle

**Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm (NO Saturdays)

**The Role**:

- 12 MONTH CONTRACT - Potential to stay on
- Liaising with renters and rental providers
- Conducting routine inspections
- Handling maintenance requests
- Rent reviews
- Lease renewals
- Arrears management
- Final inspections and bond settlements
- Building relationships
- VCAT preparation & attendance
- Responsible for the professional development of team, mentoring, identifying skill gaps & imparting knowledge
- Promote a positive office culture and ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both in person and on the phone
- Highly accountable and values working with others who share similar work ethics
- Energetic with a high attention to detail and a love for following and creating systemised processes
- Immaculate presentation and professional conduct
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Property Manager
