Responsibilities:

  • Delivering exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Managing a portfolio of 120 rental properties
  • Open homes mid-week
  • Trust accounting is handled for you - just focus on what you do best
  • Working closely with our rental team in a supportive, energetic environment where we celebrate wins and smash goals together
  • Staying updated on industry trends, market conditions and legislation updates

Requirements:

  • Your great energy, sense of humour and personal drive
  • Agent's Representative Certificate
  • Drivers licence
  • Property management experience is preferred
  • Enthusiasm, self-driven and results focused
  • Knowledge of PropertyMe property management software would be delightful
