About the Role:

We're looking for a motivated and career-minded Assistant Property Manager to join our team.

If you're passionate about real estate, skilled in client relations, and interested in leasing, this role offers an excellent opportunity for growth within a supportive and dynamic company environment.

If you are ready to step away from portfolio management, this position gives you the freedom to work without a portfolio while leveraging your expertise in inspections and negotiations to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you'll play a crucial part in both property management and leasing. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing marketing efforts and conducting open for inspections
  • Conducting property inspections (ingoing, outgoing, and routine)
  • Preparing thorough inspection reports using our property management system
  • Capturing high-quality photographs and videos of properties
  • Engaging in leasing negotiations to secure favorable terms for both rental providers and renters
  • Regular communication and update for leasing and inspections
  • Handling general administration tasks that support team efficiency and client satisfaction

Skills and Experience Required:

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in computing skills; ideally with experience in Office 2010 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • A customer-focused approach with a friendly and professional phone manner
  • Reliability and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A valid driver's license and your own vehicle
  • An Agents Representative Certificate (mandatory)
  • Previous experience in real estate, especially leasing or property management (highly regarded but not essential)
