About the role**

Are you a passionate and reliable Support Worker in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs? We're looking for dedicated individuals to join our team, providing high-quality care to our clients.

What We Offer

  • Immediate start for the right candidates.
  • Consistent shifts available every Wednesday, Friday, and once a month on Saturdays. You'll also have the opportunity to pick up additional shifts supporting other participants across Sydney - perfect for those seeking more work.

We are looking for people who are truly committed and reliable, as this is crucial for providing the best possible support to our clients.

About You

To set the benchmark standard of services, we seek like-minded support workers that uphold and represent our core values: Integrity, Empathy, Creative, Inspire, Mindfulness & Bold.

In addition to our values, our support staff require Mandatory Experience and Compliance:

  • 6 - 12 months+ experience as a Support Worker
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Disability or related industry.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
  • Medication Training Certificate (or willing to obtain).
  • Manual Handling Certificate (or willing to obtain).
  • Drivers Licence and fully insured vehicle (essential)
  • Working with Children's Check
