We are currently seeking passionate, qualified, and experienced professionals for Disability Support Workers roles in homes and the community.

Main Role:

  • Assist with daily living, domestic tasks, and meal preparation.
  • Support the development of independence skills.
  • Facilitate community access for appointments, outings, and leisure.
  • Enhance capacity in transportation, personal care, and social interactions.
  • Guide participants in achieving their goals.
  • Follow procedures, including data compilation and report writing.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of participant interactions and services provided

What we offer:

  • Casual rates ranging from $38 to $45 weekday per hour (depending on qualification and experience)
  • Plus superannuation
  • 25% casual loading in addition to the hourly rate
  • Penalties and evening/weekend allowances paid in accordance with the award
  • Flexible shifts, 24/7 roster
  • Paid training provided
