About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Services Accountant to join our well-established team. Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you'll provide outstanding service to a wide and diverse client base who will come to trust and value you as an integral business advisor.

Responsibilities

  • Preparation of financial statements and tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships and SMSFs
  • Preparation of BAS/IAS
  • Preparation of budgets and cashflows
  • Email support to clients
  • Liaise with the ATO and other regulatory bodies

Qualifications

  • 2+ years' experience within Australian Public Practice
  • A degree in Business or Commerce with a major in Accounting
  • CA/CPA or desire to commence

  • Experience in Xero would be highly desirable
