THE ORGANISATION

Our client is a well-established and reputable professional services firm. They are currently seeking a TA Advisor to join their innovative and collaborative team based in the Sydney CBD.

THE ROLE

Reporting into the Head of Talent Acquisition you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and supporting the administration requirements of the Talent Acquisition team. You will partner closely with hiring managers to define selection criteria, create accurate job descriptions, and set clear candidate expectations. You will ensure compliance, maintain thorough documentation, and uphold a high standard of candidate and stakeholder communication.

Please note, this is a short-term temporary role for around 3 months.

THE CRITERIAThis is a great opportunity for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, internal recruitment environment. We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running, manage stakeholders, and drive the recruitment process from end to end. Experience with recruitment technologies is highly desirable, along with a strong understanding of best-practice recruitment processes and a drive to deliver an excellent candidate experience.
