About the roleWhat you will be doing
  • Operate Mobile Manufacturing Units (MCUs) and other blasting-related equipment in both development and production environments.
  • Provide technical support and operational blasting expertise to client blast crews and stakeholders.
  • Assist with routine maintenance of blasting equipment and associated machinery.
  • Participate in the hands-on delivery of explosive products into blast holes.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery to our clients.
  • Uphold and exemplify our core value: "Safety is our Priority, Always."
What you will bring
  • Proven experience as an underground charge-up operator is essential.
  • Prior experience operating an MCU or similar explosive delivery vehicle is highly desirable.
  • Possession of a Heavy Rigid (HR) vehicle license, or the ability to obtain one within four weeks.
  • Familiarity with electronic blasting systems is an advantage.
  • Strong customer service orientation and teamwork skills.
  • A proactive attitude toward safety, health, and environmental standards.
  • A current Queensland Explosives Security Clearance, or the ability to obtain one.
  • Ability to successfully complete a comprehensive Pre-Employment Medical.
