Senior Identity Expert

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for the effective delivery, operational management and continuous improvement of enterprise identity services. This includes owning the end-to-end delivery and operational management of identity lifecycle processes, single sign-on (SSO), conditional access, and privileged identity management (PIM).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and evolve a critical enterprise identity platform using Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Lead service delivery and continuous improvement initiatives that shape how thousands of users authenticate and connect.
  • Collaborate with experts across engineering, operations, and vendors to deliver scalable identity solutions aligned with business and security goals.
  • Maintain effective vendor relationships; managing contracts related to Microsoft identity solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven leadership in identity and access management across enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) capabilities and architecture.
  • Experience managing stakeholder relationships and driving cross-functional engagement.
  • Ability to lead change initiatives and ensure successful implementation across teams.
  • Hands-on experience with incident management and service operations.
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices and service lifecycle management.
