Identity Service Delivery Lead

The Identity Service Delivery Lead is a strategic role responsible for the effective management, operational delivery, and continuous enhancement of enterprise identity services.

As our preferred applicant, you will ensure the identity platform operates reliably, securely, and efficiently, supporting identity lifecycle processes, single sign-on (SSO), conditional access, and privileged identity management (PIM).

Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end delivery and operational management of identity services, including SSO, Conditional Access, and Azure PIM.
  • Lead major incident management for identity-related incidents, working closely with technical teams.
  • Monitor platform health and performance, ensuring reliable execution of identity lifecycle and access control processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define metrics and compliance requirements for identity and access governance.
  • Drive continuous service improvement initiatives across identity capabilities.
  • Maintain effective vendor relationships, managing contracts related to Microsoft identity solutions.
  • Support audit & compliance activities by providing reports and evidence related to identity operations and access controls.
Requirements
  • Proven leadership in identity and access management across enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) capabilities and architecture.
  • Experience managing stakeholder relationships and driving cross-functional engagement.
  • Ability to lead change initiatives and ensure successful implementation across teams.
  • Solid understanding of information security principles and governance.
  • Hands-on experience with incident management and service operations.
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices and service lifecycle management.
  • Experience in project management within digital identity or security domains.
  • Exposure to business risk management and compliance frameworks.
  • Ability to design scalable identity solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Understanding of organizational change management principles.
  • Experience with automation and integration of identity platforms.
  • Familiarity with persona-based access models and role-based access control (RBAC).
