Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Keilor East, VIC, for a Fleet Coordinator. The Fleet Coordinator will oversee day-to-day fleet operations, manage schedules, optimize routes, and ensure compliance with safety protocols. The role also involves coordinating with clients, handling customer service inquiries, and supporting operations management to deliver high-quality logistics solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Fleet Operations and Fleet Management to effectively oversee and optimize transportation resources.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with clients, drivers, and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Operations Management to streamline processes and ensure operational efficiency.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to address logistical challenges.
- Prior experience in the logistics or transportation industry is advantageous.
- Proficiency with fleet management software and excel is a plus.
